Lavaine Harbor houses a dock for boats, lined with small shops and places for sailors, pilots and travelers to take a break and rest. Fishing has long since been an important part of the city, and many citizens still make a living fishing. Others make a living ferrying people to and fro Astolat, or flying them to Aermundi. The airfield is located a bit from the harbor, housing multiple hangars for the blimps, zeppelins and aeroplanes that come through.
